All tickets are sold subject to availability and subject to these terms and conditions.

By ticking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” box during checkout, you shall be deemed to have made an offer to purchase a ticket.

Upon purchase, please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later stage. Tickets are provided digitally.

Ticket refunds are only permitted up to 28 days prior to the event. The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost, destroyed, or stolen. Please note that in any event, no cash refunds will be given.

You (your party) have chosen a specific time to depart from. Please double check this carefully on your ticket.  Please arrive at Laxey MER station AT LEAST 15 minutes before your tram is due to depart, this gives us time to check you in and get you on board. If you or any of your party miss this departure time you will forfeit your ticket.

Tickets are sold subject to The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd’s right to alter or vary the venue/programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets at alternative events (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets, or refund in full excluding the booking fee. Tickets may only be refunded to the person who purchased the tickets.

If an event is rescheduled, existing tickets will still be valid for the new event date. If the ticket holder cannot attend the new event date, they are able to request a full refund excluding the booking fee, for a limited time after the reschedule announcement.

Whilst The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd will endeavour to notify all ticket holders via email, social media or telephone (if logistically possible) of changes to date or time of an event, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

Ticket purchase does not guarantee entry. The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances and is entitled to conduct security searches of persons and property to ensure the safety of all patrons at the event. Similarly, The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd reserves the right to remove from the event, without refund, any ticket holder who disrupts other event members’ enjoyment.

For health, safety and operational reasons, The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the event.

Ticket holders must provide prior notice of any special requirements when booking.

The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought into the event. Please ensure that no bags or other items of personal property are left unattended anywhere in the event, at any time.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as guests of the event and for images/film to be used by The Shed & Little Shed at the Glen Ltd on social media and our website (for promotional purposes), unless ticket holders request otherwise prior to the event.

Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and event regulations whilst attending the event.

Breach of any of these conditions or anything that The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd consider to be unacceptable behaviour which may cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable The Shed & Little Shed at The Glen Ltd to remove the ticket holder from the event without refund.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
